Nicola, owner of Basis Kontakt Research has almost 30 years of experience in international market research. After studying International Business Administration with a focus on marketing and business psychology in Muenster (Germany) she started her career in Italy, working for one of the most well-known FMCG Companies. The next milestones have been Field Director, Operation Director, and finally Managing Director at Basis Kontakt for over 20 years now. During the past 10 years, her focus has been on qualitative surveys like moderation of Focus Groups, in-depth and creative workshops. The team is supporting in organization, recruitment and project management. Our goal is to deliver worry-free research and make clients and employees happy with good quality, flexibility and a good work-life balance for all persons involved in this process.
